Andrea S. Mills is a Scientific Advisor with Patti, Hewitt & Arezina LLC. Dr. Mills provides technical assistance in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and the rendering of opinions on patent infringement and validity and on product clearance and patentability concerning the biotechnology, life sciences, medical, chemical, and pharmaceutical arts.
Dr. Mills is a licensed pharmacist in the state of Illinois. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy with high honors in 2002 from the University of Illinois at Chicago after completing the Pre-Pharmacy program with high honors. Dr. Mills received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University in 1994. In addition, she is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, Rho Chi Pharmacy Honor Society, and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
